What exactly is life coaching?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text scheme=”light”]hello<\/span>
\nThis type of support is called life coaching because it covers several aspects of the client’s life: personal development, health, study\/work, family and friends, relationships…<\/span><\/p>\n

Coaching is not …<\/span>
\nCounseling: The coach does not have “the” magic solution for a client. The relationship between coach and coachee is not a “dominant – dominated” one.<\/span>
\nTherapy: The role of the coach is not to dig into the past, to repair wounds in order to relieve a client’s suffering.<\/span><\/p>\n

Coaching is therefore an empowerment for change:
\n<\/span>
\n– which is defined by an ongoing relationship within a defined period;<\/span>
\n– which offers the listening and the questioning necessary to deeper introspection;<\/span>
\n– which consists in revealing the client’s abilities and hidden potentials;<\/span>
\n– which helps the client to reach his\/her concrete goal thanks to action plans established during the
